Who processes your data

What we collect and why
GOALS Diagnostic: first name, work email, company and your answers and scores. Purpose: show you your results, keep your score, and get back to you about it. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form.
Booking a call: handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling; Google's privacy policy applies to the booking itself.
Contact by email: the content of your message, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Where it goes
Diagnostic leads are stored in our CRM, Attio (Attio Ltd, servers in the EU/US under standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or rent your data. No third party receives it except the tools named here.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used. No analytics cookie is set before you accept. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time from the banner; refusing changes nothing to how the site works.
Strictly necessary storage (your consent choice) is kept in your browser only.
How long
Diagnostic leads: 3 years after the last contact. Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default). Email exchanges: for the duration of the relationship plus the legal retention periods.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent: write to maxime@kaizen-agency.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
